Unexpected warmth in Goa

The staff's warmth was truly heartwarming! They went out of their way to make my family feel at home, from surprise treats to genuine smiles.

However, the pool view I booked was misleading. I ended up in an upgraded room with an obstructed view, which felt like a letdown given the price.

The bar area feels tacky with plastic furniture!!! Limited outside space around the pool, not ideal for relaxation!!! Pool is too small for anything beyond a child’s paddling pool!!!

I was genuinely amazed by the warm hospitality during my stay. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant, went above and beyond. The location's convenience and the scrumptious food were noteworthy. Clean and modern rooms added to the allure. A fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations!

This was just an optimal selection for a little getaway in Candolim with fantastic value for money. The breakfast was excellent, though I wish there were more non-veg items. For those traveling, make sure to ask about the buffet options to avoid missing out.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience at the hotel. The twin room we booked was too small for our family of four, making it uncomfortable for us to sleep. Furthermore, the food service was lacking. we were unable to get a meal at noon, and calls to the food department went unanswered. The breakfast options were good, but the overall dining experience left much to be desired.

my family enjoyed our stay at hyatt centric. it's perfectly situated close to the beach. the customer service was amazing, especially from priyanshi, atul, and divakar who took great care of us. the gym was a hit with modern equipment for workouts while watching TV.

Had a great time with friends! The pool was awesome, and we even went zorbing and karaoke. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The food options were fantastic with lots of veggie choices, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Centric in Candolim. The breakfast options delighted us, and the staff, especially Chandan and Jitender, made us feel at home. A slight hiccup during check-in occurred, but the lovely rooms made up for it. Definitely recommend!

The breakfast situation felt chaotic. the area is cramped for the guest count, making it hard to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed or cramped. Also, the pool is on the smaller side, leading to overcrowding, which might make a refreshing dip a challenge during peak hours. My room's lack of views might be a bummer for some, as the wall outside impeded any scenic outlook. though to my relief, I wasn't in the room much during the day, so it didn't bother me too much.
